SuShi Tech Tokyo 2026 Hotel Guide: Where to Stay Near Tokyo Big Sight

Where you stay can make or break your 3-day conference experience.

SuShi Tech Tokyo 2026 will take place from April 27 (Mon) to 29 (Wed) at Tokyo Big Sight, one of Asia's largest startup conferences. With Business Days on the 27th and 28th and a Public Day on the 29th, you'll be on the go from morning to night for three straight days.

Tokyo Big Sight is in the Ariake area, about 30–40 minutes by train from central Tokyo (Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku). A daily round trip can easily take 2–3 hours. That's time you could spend meeting one more key contact.

This guide covers recommended hotels organized by area, with venue access as the primary factor.

Getting to Tokyo Big Sight

  • Rinkai Line: "Kokusai-Tenjijo" Station — 7 min walk

  • Yurikamome Line: "Tokyo Big Sight" Station — 3 min walk

Tips for International Visitors

  • From Narita Airport: Take the Narita Express (N'EX) to Tokyo Station, then transfer for the Rinkai Line. Total ~90 min. Some hotels offer direct limousine bus service.

  • From Haneda Airport: Take the Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatsucho, then transfer to the Yurikamome Line via Shimbashi. Total ~60 min.

  • Passport Required at Check-in: Japanese law requires all foreign guests to present their passport at hotel check-in. Please have it ready.

  • IC Card Recommended: Get a Suica or Pasmo IC card at the airport for seamless train travel.
