The most convenient option from Narita is the Narita Express (N’EX).

Hotei-chan Yurakucho
An izakaya about a 2-minute walk from TIB, where you can experience Japan’s casual pub culture at reasonable prices. With plenty of classic dishes like yakitori and sashimi, it’s a great spot for an informal post-event get-together.
Sushidokoro Sekiya
A sushi restaurant about a 2-minute walk from TIB, located on the B1 level of Ginza INZ 2. It offers fresh ingredients and skilled craftsmanship at approachable prices, and counter seating lets you enjoy Edomae-style sushi up close.
Menya Hyottoko, Tokyo Kotsu Kaikan

📱 Pre-registration via the app
To use TIB, you’ll need to register in advance through the official “Tokyo Innovation Base” app. After registering, you can generate an entry QR code in the app and present it on the day for quick access.
🏢 Peak crowd times in the business district
Weekdays are especially crowded from 8:00 to 9:30 in the morning and from 17:30 to 19:00 in the evening due to commuter traffic. Give yourself extra time to get around.
💨 Lunch rush
Nearby restaurants are very busy from 12:00 to 13:00. Consider eating a little earlier or later, or booking ahead when possible.
🎫 Events at Tokyo International Forum
When large events are held at the neighboring Tokyo International Forum, the surrounding area can get extremely crowded. Plan your schedule with extra buffer time.
